Before staff can take a course, they must be enrolled. Enrollment assigns the course to the staff member and makes it appear in their training dashboard.
To enroll one or more staff members in a course:
To enroll multiple staff at once, select multiple staff members from the enrollment tab before confirming. This is useful when rolling out a new required course across your entire team or a specific group.
Once enrolled, the course appears in the staff member's training dashboard and they receive a notification that they have new assigned training.
Enrollment status is tracked at three stages:
Administrators can view enrollment progress from the course enrollments tab or from the staff member's individual training record.
