Loading DBHDS Courses

TrainingHub comes with 12 pre-built courses covering all required DBHDS annual trainings for residential providers. Rather than building courses from scratch, you can load all 12 in a single step and have a complete training library ready for your staff immediately.

How to Load the Courses

1. Navigate to Training > Manage Courses from your organization dashboard.
2. Click the "Seed Default Courses" button --- this button appears in the header when fewer than 12 courses exist in your organization.
3. TrainingHub will create all 12 courses, complete with structured modules, quiz questions, and course content.

The process takes only a few seconds. Once complete, all 12 courses will appear in your course library.

Review Before Publishing

All courses are created in draft status by default. This gives you the opportunity to review the content, customize any details to match your organization's policies, and make edits before staff can see or enroll in them. When you are satisfied with a course, publish it to make it available for enrollment.

To publish a course, open it from the Manage Courses list and change its status to Published.
