We launched in Virginia because that's where we live and that's the regulation we know inside and out. Then we expanded one regulator at a time — every localized catalog is hand-authored, mapped to citation, and verified against that state's current rules. Today 18 states have fully localized catalogs, and providers in every other state get our core DSP catalog the day they sign up.
