Evaluation Compliance

When a competency evaluation is completed in TrainingHub, a compliance record is automatically created for that staff member's competency evaluation requirement. You do not need to manually update any compliance records --- TrainingHub handles this for you.

What Gets Recorded

Each compliance record includes:

• Evaluation date --- when the evaluation was completed
• Evaluator --- who conducted the evaluation
• Next due date --- the date the next evaluation is required (1 year from completion)

A Single Compliance Dashboard

Because evaluation compliance is tracked in the same system as training course compliance, administrators have a single unified view of all requirements. There is no need to cross-reference separate spreadsheets or systems to confirm that both training and evaluations are current.

This unified approach makes audits and DBHDS licensing reviews significantly easier, as all compliance data is in one place and exportable on demand.
