Compliance Dashboard

The compliance dashboard gives administrators an at-a-glance view of their entire organization's training compliance status. Rather than digging through individual records, you can see every staff member and their compliance standing across all requirements in one place.

Status Indicators

The dashboard uses three color-coded status indicators:

• Compliant (green) --- The staff member has completed the training and it has not yet expired.
• Due Soon (yellow) --- The training will expire within 30 days. Action is needed soon.
• Non-Compliant (red) --- The training has expired or was never completed. Immediate action is required.

Filtering and Navigation

You can filter the dashboard by staff member, compliance requirement, or status. This makes it easy to answer questions like "who still needs CPR training?" or "which staff members have anything expiring this month?"

Before Audits

The compliance dashboard is your first stop when preparing for a DBHDS audit. Use it to identify any red or yellow items and schedule retraining before the audit date. Addressing gaps proactively is far easier than explaining lapses to a licensor.
