Certificates and Compliance

Every time you complete a course in TrainingHub, you earn a training certificate. Here is how to find your certificates and understand your compliance status.

Viewing and Downloading Certificates

Your certificates are available directly from your Training dashboard. Click on any completed course to view its certificate. You can download a PDF copy to save or print for your own records.

Each certificate includes:

• Your name
• The course title
• The date you completed the course
• A unique verification code

Understanding Your Compliance Status

Your dashboard also shows your overall compliance status at a glance:

• Green --- you are current on all required training
• Yellow --- a training is coming due soon; plan to complete it shortly
• Red --- a training is overdue and needs your immediate attention

Keeping Your Training Current

Most DBHDS-required trainings must be renewed annually. TrainingHub tracks expiration dates for you, so you will see your status change as due dates approach. Complete courses before they expire to stay compliant and avoid any gaps in your certification record.
