Evaluation Templates

TrainingHub includes the standard DBHDS competency evaluation template, pre-loaded with all 10 competency domains that Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are required to demonstrate proficiency in. This template aligns with Virginia DBHDS requirements so you do not need to build an evaluation form from scratch.

Loading the Template

To load the competency evaluation template:

1. Navigate to Training > Manage Evaluations in your dashboard.
2. Click the "Seed Competency Template" button.

This action creates the evaluation template with all 10 DBHDS competency domains in your organization's account.

Using the Template

Once seeded, the template is immediately available for use when conducting evaluations. It works for both:

• Initial evaluations --- required within 6 months of hire
• Annual evaluations --- required each year thereafter

The template covers every skill area specified by DBHDS, so no customization is necessary to meet compliance requirements. You can begin conducting evaluations immediately after loading the template.
