By accessing or using DSPlife™ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by DSPlife™ for the purpose of providing online training and compliance tracking to Virginia DBHDS residential service providers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. One person or organization may not maintain more than one account.

Certificates of completion are generated based on successful completion of course modules and quizzes. Certificates reflect training completed through the DSPlife™ platform and are intended to support — but do not guarantee — regulatory compliance. It is the responsibility of each provider organization to ensure all applicable DBHDS training requirements are met.
All training content, course materials, quizzes, and platform features are the intellectual property of DSPlife™. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without prior written permission.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are available on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DSPlife™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. DSPlife™ does not guarantee that use of the platform will satisfy all DBHDS regulatory requirements. Compliance responsibility remains with the provider organization.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Data retention after termination is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
