The compliance dashboard is the primary reporting tool in TrainingHub. It provides a real-time view of all staff members and their compliance status across every training requirement assigned to your organization.
When preparing for an audit, use the dashboard filters to narrow the view to specific requirements, staff members, or compliance statuses. This lets you quickly identify who is compliant, who has upcoming due dates, and who has gaps that need to be addressed.
Use the Export to CSV option to download a full compliance report. This file can be shared directly with licensing reviewers and includes the following columns:
