Modules are the building blocks of a course. They break training content into manageable, focused sections that staff work through in sequence. A course can contain as many modules as needed.
To add a module to a course:
Module content supports rich text formatting, allowing you to structure information clearly. You can use headings, bold and italic text, bullet lists, numbered lists, and inline code. This makes it straightforward to present policies, procedures, and instructional material in a readable format.
Modules are displayed to staff in the order they are listed in the course editor. Staff must complete each module before advancing to the next. This ensures learners encounter the material in the intended sequence before taking the course quiz.
You can reorder modules at any time while the course is in Draft status. Changes to a published course take effect immediately for any staff who have not yet started that module.
