Compliance requirements define what training each staff member in your organization must complete and how often. TrainingHub comes with the 12 DBHDS-mandated courses built in, and these automatically generate compliance requirements when you load the default course set.
When you seed the default courses, TrainingHub creates compliance requirements for each of the 12 DBHDS annual training topics. These are pre-configured with the correct recurrence period and linked to their corresponding courses, so completions are tracked automatically from the start.
Administrators can create additional requirements beyond the DBHDS defaults to cover training specific to their organization. Examples include facility-specific safety procedures, medication administration protocols, or policies required by a managing organization.
